Carlie was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She attended Arizona State University earning her B.A. in Political Science in 1998. She attended law school at Texas A&M (formerly Texas Wesleyan) earned her law degree in 2002. While in law school, Carlie was elected as President of the Student Bar Association 2001-2002.

Carlie also volunteers her time in the legal community on a regular basis. She was awarded the Volunteer Lawyers Program ‘For Love of Justice’ Pro Bono Attorney of the Year for Phoenix in 2009 and 2013.

Carlie enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, being with family and cooking. As a lifelong Arizona native, Carlie strives to provide diligent and aggressive legal assistance to her community and clients.
