Sarah Hernandez

Driven by personal experience with divorce and child custody battles, Sarah launched her legal career with a passion for advocacy. She earned an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies (Cum Laude, 2005) and a Bachelor’s in Legal Studies (Summa Cum Laude, 2007) from Kaplan University.

While Sarah began law school, she realized her true passion was working directly with clients as a paralegal. With 21 years of experience—19 of them focused specifically on Family Law—Sarah combined her professional expertise with her personal journey to support others through life-changing circumstances. Having navigated two divorce and custody battles of her own, she is a strong, independent advocate dedicated to helping clients build their new lives.
