Michele was admitted as an affiliate member to the State Bar of Arizona in May 2024 and is licensed to practice family law consistent with ACJA § 7-210. She has worked in the area of family law for over 22 years and in the legal industry since 1995. For more than two decades, Michele has focused her practice on matters related to divorce, child support, child-related legal decision making, parenting time, asset and debt division, spousal support and modification of existing court orders.
Michele was the first paralegal in Arizona and only the second paralegal in the United States to achieve advanced certifications in family law practice areas of division of property and spousal maintenance, dissolution case management, child custody, support and visitation, and adoption and assisted reproduction.
Michele delivers exceptional case management skills and client compassion. She is well-versed in the step-by-step intricacies of the legal process and is dedicated to serving clients and keeping them well informed through the often complex and emotionally charged practice of family law. Michele enjoys delving into cases involving the division of assets and complex child matters.
